Better For Badger

Today’s Plan, Tomorrow’s Future

Badger Community School is home to dedicated teachers and staff who support every student in a safe, welcoming environment. From our new science curriculum for grades 3-8 to the hands-on learning offered in our industrial technology classes, we are proud of our progress to improve education and committed to helping our students succeed.

After voters in our community approved an operating levy referendum in November 2024, we were able to avoid an immediate financial crisis. But we still face two major challenges that threaten our ability to continue providing the best opportunities for our students: 1) Aging school facilities and 2) A rising budget shortfall. This is why Badger Community School is proposing a referendum this fall.

On Tuesday, November 4, voters will consider three ballot questions to address our challenges and protect the high-quality education our students expect and deserve—in a safe, functional, and reliable learning environment.

This website was created to keep our community informed during the upcoming referendum. Please explore the links below to learn more about the challenges we face, the plan to address them, the taxpayer impact, voting information, answers to frequently asked questions, and more.
